Your clinical information is stored encrypted and only the professionals assigned to your case can access it. Every access is recorded in an audit log.

We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do not use marketing analytics in the authenticated areas of the platform.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion under Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombia), the GDPR (Europe) and applicable law by contacting us through the platform's contact channel.

This document is a draft and will be replaced by the version reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch.
